Hand in Hand

His hand is larger than measure
My hand is small and worn

His hand is mighty and powerful
My hand is weak and unsteady

Yet He still takes mine in His
And together we walk
He extends it when I fall
And uses it to dust me off
He pushes away my enemies
And holds every one of my tears
With a wave the clouds are gone
Or the wind blows strong
Nothing slips between His fingers
And no one can escape his grasp

His hands created all things
My hands often create strife

His hands took the nails
My hands are clean
