No Condemnation (John 8:3-11) 1

Shame and fear
What will He say?

They have drug me here
To stone me for my sin

This man will condemn me
And I will die

His eyes study me intently
Piercing into my soul

“Let any one of you
who is without sin
be the first to throw a stone at her.”

The people file away
As He writes in the sand

He stands and faces me
With eyes full of compassion

Only the two of us remain
He looks for accusers
And finds none

“Then neither do I condemn you
Go now and leave your life of sin.”

A second chance
No condemnation
